Our accepted payment methods are: Credit/Debit cards securely  online  via paypal  -  Cheque prior to delivery or Cash on delivery.

 

4.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. No other prices published by Catalogue Clearance Sofas are applicable to these items. The following exception applies:

  • While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

4.3 Payment can be made by any credit or debit card online via paypals secure site. Cheque cleared beore delivery or cash on delivery with a £50 online deposit payment.

 

4.4 Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

4.5 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

DELIVERY
 

 We guarantee to deliver all stocked items for a cost of £49 nationally within 10 to 21 working days and local deliveries within 10 miles of Durham City within 7 working days 

 

 

 

   We guarantee to deliver within 10 to 21 working days of order acceptance subject to stock availability. Certain items can however take up to six weeks to deliver if they are not in stock. We will not take payment from you should your order not be available from our stock but we will be happy to take orders should the delivery date be to your satisfaction.We will keep you informed at all points during the order process through to delivery. We will contact you 2 to 3 days prior to the delivery day to make arrangements,we may be able to give you a rough idea of the likely delivery time the day before we deliver (for example, late morning or early evening) although this may be inaccurate due to factors beyond our control - for example traffic conditions. As our delivery cost is so low we use only one driver so assistance will be needed to offload into your premises. If no one is available to assist the courier then the goods will be left at the doorway.  We use specialist fragile goods couriers to make sure your goods arrive in pristine condition. Sometimes the courier might not be in your area for upto 21 days which is why we quote upto 3 weeks for delivery however most goods are dispatched usually within 7 to 14 working days. When receiving furniture by courier, all parcels must be checked for damages before signing. RETURNS POLICY

We are a very fair and honest company that prides itself on its customer service.  If there is a genuine problem with your  furniture purchase then please be assured that we will resolve it as quickly as we physically can.  Its in our interest to do this as we get a large number of repeat customers as people often like the furniture so much that they decide to buy more and recommend us to friends and family.  The statement below is our official returns policy.

 

We offer a no quibble 7 day return service which is subject to the item being returned at the buyers expense and a 10% restocking fee and the item being unopened and in perfect condition. Faulty items or items that does not meet the items description will be offered a refund or provided with a replacement item within 30 days of us being notified. We unconditionally reserve the right not to refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. Please allow 30 days to process refunds

 

The number of returns that we get are very small but we understand that problems do happen from time to time so the statement above should hopefully reassure customers that they will so everything in our power to reach a satisfactory conclusion in the unlikely event of an issue arising.

 

If you suspect that your purchasae may have been damaged when it arrives from the delivery company we ask that you please try and mark the delivery paperwork to show that you think that it may be damaged.  This helps us put in a claim against the carrier.
